VerifyLive does not sell personal information.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Transaction data is processed as a processor / service provider to score that merchant’s orders and prepare dispute materials. Hashed identifiers may also be contributed, where the merchant has enabled it, to VerifyLive’s fraud-prevention index (an independent-controller purpose). That contribution is a security and fraud business purpose (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140(e)(2)), not a sale or a share. Shared-weight model training is licensed and is not running today.

This applies to all data we process — merchant data, customer data, and transaction data.
