The problem
The review is how a buyer shows they bought that product. If that review is no longer on the store, that showing is gone. The completed purchase is still real. You need proof that this specific review was tied to it.
What Verified Reviews does
When a review is published, Verified Reviews ties each review to a real, completed purchase and seals that link with tamper-evident proof. You can export that proof while the app is installed. A customer deletion request, or uninstalling the app, deletes the record we hold.
Shop can be the review source. A Shopify Flow has to be on before a review is tied to the order. Judge.me and Loox are optional.

Do you check whether the review is truthful or fair?+
No. VerifyLive verifies the purchase behind the review, not the opinion in it. A verified buyer can still leave a harsh review, and that review stays verified. We do not certify that the opinion is fair.
Does this restore a review Shopify removed?+
No. We do not restore Shop or App Store reviews Shopify removed. Shopify still decides what stays published. Not App Store ratings. The proof does not put the review back on the store.
Can you prove a review that was already gone before you saw it?+
No. Verified Reviews binds a review it can see when that review is published. If the review was already gone before that, there is nothing to tie to the purchase.
How does a shopper or a marketplace check it?+
The badge isn't a claim we make — it's evidence you hold. A storefront shopper badge is not live yet.
Does this remove or filter other reviews?+
No. It adds proof to the review it bound. It does not delete the rest, and it is not a reputation-management tool.
Does this change the keep / review / stop call on the order?+
No. Purchase verification is sealed separately from the keep / review / stop decision on the order. A review being verified does not make an order safer, and a risky order does not lose its purchase record.
