We do not sell a BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or Magento app. If you are on another processor, contact us and we will say whether it is live.
Will it slow down or change my checkout?+
No. The call runs on the payment. Your checkout UI and theme stay as they are. You do not have to add device fields for the call to run.
What about refund abuse and 'item not received' fraud?+
Refund-abuse detection is part of the core product set. Serial refunders, wardrobing, and false 'item not received' claims are surfaced from behavioral and order-history signals, so you can branch the workflow instead of refunding blind.
Can I run VerifyLive alongside my current fraud tool?+
Yes — an augmentation mode lets VerifyLive run complementary to an existing provider with no conflict, which is a common way to evaluate before consolidating.
I also sell in person. Does that change anything?+
If you sell both online and in the store, each Square payment gets its own keep / review / stop call, online and at the register. A register payment is not tied to an online payment.
