What this is
Published prices: Shield Lite $99/mo (500 tx/mo), Growth+ $499/mo (1,000 tx/mo, $1M GPV), and Verified Reviews $49/mo (2,500 review assessments; not checkout scoring). Professional and Business are Custom quote — they are not a Shopify App Store self-serve checkout. On Shopify, Shield Lite and Growth+ each include a 30-day free trial. Stripe and Square have no trial. Verified Reviews has no trial.
Chargeback protection today is RECOVR representment (we compile the evidence; you review and submit; no recovery fee). The monetary chargeback guarantee is not offered at this time.
Steps
- Shopify: install from https://apps.shopify.com/verifylive and pick Shield Lite, Growth+, or Verified Reviews ($49/mo, reviews-only) in the app.
- Stripe or Square: start at
/onboardingand pick the same two published plans, or email [email protected] for a custom quote. - Shield Lite and Growth+ score Keep / Review / Stop. Verified Reviews does not — it is reviews-only (purchase-bind + assessment), not checkout scoring. Confirm RECOVR evidence-assist (we compile; you submit; no recovery fee) on Shield Lite or Growth+ — this article does not split Lite vs Growth+ on representment.
- Stolen-goods recovery is a separate RECOVR arm (marketplace monitoring, not representment). It is not generally enabled and is not for sale as a self-serve Shopify add-on.
- You can change later — see changing-tier. Founders annual is closed / not for sale.
Common issues
- You expected Professional on Shopify → Not a self-serve Shopify plan today. Email [email protected].
- You expected a trial on Stripe or Square → On Shopify, Shield Lite and Growth+ each include a 30-day free trial. Stripe and Square have no trial.
- You want stolen-goods monitoring → That arm is not generally enabled and is not a self-serve add-on. Representment (evidence package you submit) is the live RECOVR path.
What "done" looks like
Your plan widget or Shopify app shows Shield Lite or Growth+ (or a custom quote you accepted in writing). Shopify invoices include the subscription line; Stripe/Square bill the card on file.
